Prayer Rock Foundation (PRF) is a 501-C3 non-profit organization (EIN 20- 5827418) founded to sustain and maintain Prayer Rock Valley Sanctuary as a sacred pilgrimage site for the benefit of limitless sentient beings.

May the precious Bodhichitta awaken where it has not yet awakened and where it has, may it continue to grow and grow

May all beings have Happiness and the causes of Happiness

May all beings be Free of suffering and the causes of suffering

May all beings remain in Great Bliss beyond all sorrow

May all beings live in Peace and Equanimity free from attachment and aversion

Prayer Rock Valley Sanctuary is a sacred and unique pilgrimage site and refuge. Prayer Rock stands as the pinnacle at the top of Prayer Rock Valley. This valley nurtures one of the first Enlightenment Stupas built in the western world as well as a temple and hermitage. It is dedicated to Universal Peace and the Highest Good and well-fare of all beings and things. Prayer Rock Valley Sanctuary is nestled at 3200' on the slopes of Haleakala in one of the most remote areas of Maui. The serene beauty, solitude and stillness, fresh air, and strong, clear earth energy make this a powerful spiritual vortex. For nearly thirty years people of all ages and walks of life have been blessed by visiting this auspicious sanctuary. It has left a lovely, long-lasting impression on all who have been fortunate enough to have the aspiration and opportunity to pilgrimage here. It is a truly amazing place which cultivates quite minds and open Hearts.

Pilgrimage places inspire our greatest human potential and remind us of our True Nature. These sacred sites can help one reconnect with our inherent omnipresent Divinity. We are all encouraged to find Universal Truth within.
